Fusion report can be printer directly by connecting an external thermal printer or data can be downlaoded to the PC to edit and print the fusion report on a standard printer.
Portable thermal printer is a good choice when the fusion report must be printed instantly right after fusion works are complete.

Technical data of electrofusion welders:
The Fusion Report presents all accomplished fusion cycles in a tabular form.
Each fusion cycle has it's unique number and the following fusion parameters are presented:
- date and time of fusion
- construction site ID (a 4 digit code entered by the user)
- operator ID (a 2 digit code entered by the user)
- automatic (barcode reader) / manual fusion parameters setting
- fitting producer name
- type and fitting diameter
- fusion voltage - set by the user
- fusion voltage average - measured during fusion process
- fusion time set by the user
- fusion time elapsed (real fusion time)
- cooling time set
- cooling time elapsed (real cooling time)
- ambient temperature (°C)
- fitting resistance
- error code

Z.E.C. LABTRONIK is a major polish manufacturer of Electrofusion Welders for PE fittings which are mainly used for building gas,water and sewage systems.
Our electrofusion welders can be used for fittings of major fitting manufactures which are equipped with connector leads: 4 or 4,7 mm in diameter and fusion voltage: 20-40[V].
We offer 3 types of electrofusion welders differing in maximum output power which directly relates to the maximum fitting diameter that can be fused with the given welder.
Within the 3 types we offer a simple manual welders or fully automatic ones (see lookup table below).
