Fully automatic

The welder has the ability to automatically compensate welding time in relation to ambient temperature. By using a scanner or manually entering a barcode, you are relieved from the obligation of extending or shortening the welding time yourself, which was associated with the risk of error and improper selection of welding time.

Four setting options

• Automatic setting - using barcode reader
• Automatic setting - manual barcode entry
• Manual setting - manual configuration of welding parameters
• Like last time setting - reuse of previously set parameters

Reporting

The welder has non-volatile memory where data for each weld is stored, allowing for the generation of a welding protocol. Now, upon any request from a supervising inspector, you can present a proper welding protocol confirming that each weld was performed correctly.

The free DataLoader software allows you to quickly and efficiently download data from the welder, clearly review completed welds, and print a welding protocol.

USB Port

You can download welding protocols to portable memory (USB drive) and then read them on your computer in your spreadsheet or the free DataLoader program.

The port is located in a convenient place on the front panel of the welder, and the hermetic design of the port ensures years of trouble-free use, protecting it from contamination and moisture.

Alphanumeric keyboard

Allows entering welder data, address, and any text to describe the weld. The welder remembers five different operator names, four weld locations, and three weld descriptions that can be easily and quickly selected before starting welding.

Backlit LCD screen

Provides excellent readability in all conditions, even in full sunlight. During welding, the current voltage, current, and time remaining are displayed, which significantly facilitates control of the welding process. Screen messages will inform you about power parameters, ambient temperature, or other situations requiring your attention.

Browsing weld memory

The welder allows browsing the weld memory directly on the welder's screen. You can quickly check the power and welding parameters, date and time of completed welds, manufacturer, type, and diameter of the electrofusion fitting.

Thanks to this feature, the welder owner can quickly check whether proper electrofusion fittings were used and whether the welds were performed correctly.

Advanced self-diagnostics

The welder continuously monitors the operation of all its components, ensuring that your device is always functional and the quality of welds is guaranteed.

Thanks to the built-in memory, the maximum and minimum values of welding voltage, supply voltage and frequency, and welding current are stored for each weld.

GPS weld location

The welder can be equipped with an optional GPS receiver, enabling automatic registration of the location of each weld performed. GPS coordinates can also be entered manually.

Solid housing

The welder is mounted in a sturdy plastic housing, providing excellent protection in all conditions and years of use. The thick, rubber handle provides a secure and comfortable grip for efficient transport of the device.
